If you have a doubt using the Open ESF, you could (preferible in this order) :

1) Check first the FREQUENT ASKED QUESTIONS  

2) Check out the OpenPlans.org documentation. See below some more direct links to specific issues.

3) Contact the Openesf working group at:  openesf@lists.openesf.net

4) During the European Preparatory Meetings of the ESF, the OpenESF team provide trainings on the OpenESF at the web "play-ground", you could come next time and ask us and experiment with the tool also there.
